Love the secor location….The 2 ladies in the morning are always so helpful, I had an issue with the tire shine on my car and they came and hand shined my tires for me. I left more than satisfied. Thank You

On 6-13-26 I went thru this carwash and they must not have lined me up properly. My truck came of of track and blew the front passenger tire. I had just had them put on two days prior. They gave me a claim # then their result came back that I either turned the wheel or my alignment was out. (Which neither is correct). I had too pay out of pocket for tow bill, new tire (which i still have to buy another to match other three). Plus my rim scratched badly. So if you decide to use these carwashes you can bet they are not going to pay for damages of their fault. Please share.

BEWARE: They damaged my vehicle by not making sure it was on the tracks, we even told her it didnt seem right? She said," you're good"! Halfway through we felt something, not knowing the extent of our problems! Get to the light to put it in drive, and then we knew something had happened! Our brand new tires had a hole as big as your fist through the side, plus now a damagedrim for having to pull out of the car wash!! Just had the tires put on 2 hrs prior! Needless to say we were out of town. Had to call a tow truck $120 bucks, and more to have it fixed. We did a claim as they told us to do, and even said they would cover our damages, seeing it was their fault! Now, they just sent us a text saying it was DENIED! AS IF WE TURNED THE WHEEL? WOW BEWARE OF THESE CAR WASHES! VERY BAD BUSINESS! If I could post pics, and correspondence I WOULD! I WILL FIND OUT HOW AND BLAST THESE EVERYWHERE! Please share! Not how to do business TSUNAMI!!

Don't like giving a negative review. That being said this car wash is very quick to collect payment from you, but never seems to be open. Closed today again at 12h15pm with no reason. Car has not had a wash in days. Carefully consider options before subscribing here. Next day, 09h45. Still closed.....

This car wash ruined my paint. Came out with weird black specks stuck to the car. Tried to wipe them off and uncovered scratches and what looks like rust. A “wash” should not leave your car worse than it came in. No receipt, no accountability, just damage. Whatever's going on with those brushes clearly isn’t safe. If you value your car’s exterior, steer clear.
